Crystals & stones come from all around the world! We like to handpick these beauties at trade exhibitions, but we have established partnerships with merchants all around the world, allowing us to bring a wide range of new natural stones, crystals, and gemstones to our customers.
Yes. We do not carry man-made stones, however, we do receive ocassional requests for them. If we decide to sell a crystal that has been heated, dyed or lab created, we always make a note of it on the product page.
The utmost quality and care goes into sourcing each and every material we use.
We use 100% authentic gemstones, this is our guarantee (no synthetics or imitation stones).

Our bracelets are crafted from high-quality semi-precious stones. These jewels come from all over the globe. Our beads are sourced from both domestic and international vendors.
Metals-
Sterling silver, gold-plated brass, white bronze, and gold-plated pewter are all options for our bracelets. None of them include lead or nickel.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange.
The return or exchange must be initiated within 7 business days upon receipt of order.
Your Charming purchase will arrive in a My Charmed Arm mailer and a jewelry bag for safekeeping or gifting will be enclosed. We often ship multiple items in the same box to be eco-friendly.
If you need specific gift wrapping, such as gift bags or additional boxes, please reach out to us.
*If you'd like to give an item as a gift, please include the person's name and (optional) a personal message that will be handwritten & included with the package.
We can also mail the items directly to the recipient if you'd like!
The stretch band on your bracelet is incredibly sturdy, and your bracelet is designed to be worn every day; but, the stretch band may break after constant wear and tear and straining when you put them on and take them off. If this occurs, try to gather all of the beads and store them in a dry zip lock bag. Send us an email with as much information as possible to support@mycharmed.com, and we'll replace or repair your bracelet for you.
Please note that all bracelets come with a 30-day guarantee from MCA. If your jewelry breaks within 30 days after purchase, we will replace it once. Within that timeframe, please email a photo of your piece to support@mycharmedarm.com; we'll either send you a brand new bracelet or repair your old one. Please note that your new bracelet may take 7-10 business days to arrive.
All repairs will be charged at $15 after the 30-day period has passed.
