  • WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    We are sure you will love your item, if not we offer a 100% guarantee with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange. The return or exchange must be initiated within 7 business days upon receipt of order.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE BRACELET I'M WEARING SNAPS?
    The stretch band on your bracelet is incredibly sturdy, and your bracelet is designed to be worn every day; but, the stretch band may break after constant wear and tear and straining when you put them on and take them off. If this occurs, try to gather all of the beads and store them in a dry zip lock bag. Send us an email with as much information as possible to support@mycharmed.com, and we'll replace or repair your bracelet for you. Please note that all bracelets come with a 30-day guarantee from MCA. If your jewelry breaks within 30 days after purchase, we will replace it once. Within that timeframe, please email a photo of your piece to support@mycharmedarm.com; we'll either send you a brand new bracelet or repair your old one. Please note that your new bracelet may take 7-10 business days to arrive. All repairs will be charged at $15 after the 30-day period has passed.
  • ARE YOUR CRYSTALS SOURCED ETHICALLY?
    Yes! We place a high value on ethical sourcing, thus we choose our sources carefully.
  • GIFTING
    Your Charming purchase will arrive in a My Charmed Arm mailer and a jewelry bag for safekeeping or gifting will be enclosed. We often ship multiple items in the same box to be eco-friendly. If you need specific gift wrapping, such as gift bags or additional boxes, please reach out to us. *If you'd like to give an item as a gift, please include the person's name and (optional) a personal message that will be handwritten & included with the package. We can also mail the items directly to the recipient if you'd like!
  • WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE? ARE THE METALS HYPOALLERGENIC?
    Our bracelets are crafted from high-quality semi-precious stones. These jewels come from all over the globe. Our beads are sourced from both domestic and international vendors. Metals- Sterling silver, gold-plated brass, white bronze, and gold-plated pewter are all options for our bracelets. None of them include lead or nickel.
  • HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
    All items are shipped via USPS & a tracking number will be provided.
  • WHAT IS THE QUALITY GRADE OF YOUR STONES?
    The utmost quality and care goes into sourcing each and every material we use. We use 100% authentic gemstones, this is our guarantee (no synthetics or imitation stones). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Grade GEM - highest quality (very rare and very expensive) Grade AAA - 2nd highest quality (rare and expensive) Grade AA - 3rd highest quality (likely found and expensive for some types of gemstones) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We do not curate our pieces with the grades below- Grade A - 4th highest quality Grade AB - quality is between grade A and grade B but it is not a standard grade Grade B - 5th highest quality Standard (no grade) - commonly found for all types of gemstones
  • IS IT TRUE THAT YOUR GEMS ARE NATURAL & NOT LAB CREATED?
    Yes. We do not carry man-made stones, however, we do receive ocassional requests for them. If we decide to sell a crystal that has been heated, dyed or lab created, we always make a note of it on the product page.
  • WHERE DO YOU PURCHASE YOUR MATERIALS FROM?
    Crystals & stones come from all around the world! We like to handpick these beauties at trade exhibitions, but we have established partnerships with merchants all around the world, allowing us to bring a wide range of new natural stones, crystals, and gemstones to our customers.

  • #3 Chemicals can harm your bracelet, so make sure it's protected.
    Between the crystals, lotions, strong soaps, and even sweat can cause build-up and discolouration. Remove your bracelet if you are cleaning with household chemicals, using lotions and oils, cosmetics, hair spray, or perfume.
  • #5 When necessary, clean your bracelet with warm water and a light soap.
    You can clean your bracelet with warm water and a light soap if there is any discoloration or buildup on or in between your beads. Scrub the beads gently with a damp soft cloth and a small quantity of mild soap. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth.
  • #1 Keep your bracelet somewhere clean and dry.
    A reusable velvet pouch is included with every MCA crystal bracelet. When your bracelets aren't being worn, use it to keep them safe. You can also keep your bracelet in a jewelry box or another dry, clean location where scratches & scuffs can be avoided.
  • #4 It is not recommended that you wear your bracelet in the water.
    Minerals and chlorine, which are commonly found in tap water and swimming pools, can corrode natural stones and metal spacer beads. Malachite, for example, has a low hardness, making it a somewhat soft stone that does not like to come into contact with water. If you accidentally put your bracelet on when your hands are wet, please be sure to dry them right away.
  • #2 Before working out, remove your bracelets
    Your crystal bracelet is designed to be worn every day, however we recommend that you remove it before working out or doing anything particularly strenuous to avoid scratching the natural stones or overstretching the elastic cord.
