You agree to the terms and conditions, refund policy, and shipping policy by using this website and/or making a purchase.

Gems & Stones

Shades, line patterns, and inclusions differ among natural stones. Chips, cracks, and other flaws in natural stones are possible. As natural stones are rarely "perfect," we cannot guarantee flawless stones as they are all unique.

Bracelets

 

Most of our bracelets are held together by a durable elastic band. Please take care of your gemstone jewelry and avoid wearing it while engaging in any activity that could cause it to become entangled. Bracelets with stretchy bands can only go so far before snapping. 

Multiple bracelets may be presented in product photographs to illustrate variance in the natural stone. The size of the beads depicted may vary depending on the size you select and the circumference of your wrist. The typical size is 7 inches but to limit the need for exchanges, make sure you understand bead sizing (diameter -millimeters)  before purchasing. You can view the bead size comparison chart & bracelet size chart here. This will help you determine your bead size (which is also shown in the product photographs).  

 

We are not liable for any damage to jewelry that occurs after it is worn. Please take care of your gemstone jewelry and avoid wearing it while engaging in any activity that could cause it to become entangled. Shipping

All orders over $50 Dollars automatically qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING- no code needed!

Free delivery is only available inside the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Territories.

1-3 day Priority Shipping via USPS is available as well if you need to receive your order sooner. Both options are visible at checkout.

 

Carrier delays may occur due to COVID-19.

Please keep in mind that My Charmed Arm is not responsible for any of these delays.

 

Although we haven’t experienced many instances of this occurring, the shipping expenses incurred are not refundable. The service provider(s) provide estimated delivery times, and we are not liable if products arrive later than expected. 

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping service, which is often USPS but might potentially be UPS or DHL. It's best to wait one working day because USPS deliveries are frequently listed as arriving a day early. If you haven't received your package at that point, contact your local mail delivery office. Your local branch will be able to deliver service that is both faster and more effective.

 

Inquire about the delivery of the parcel and the specifics of that day's delivery. USPS and UPS are used to receiving similar questions and will usually respond with helpful information.

We do not offer store credit or refunds for items that have been marked as sent but not received.

You must notify us promptly if your package is returned due to an address error, or you will be charged for shipping to resend your package (whether you paid for shipping or received free shipping). We do not change your shipping address from what you type in or what is on file in your account; we are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or forwarding issues.

If you have a problem with an order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can resolve the issue.

 

Order Processing Time
 

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. Your order will be processed the next working day if you place it after business hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday.

We do everything we can to fulfill and dispatch orders as promptly as possible, so your order could even ship the same day! When choosing a shipping method, keep this processing time in mind.

Most packages are shipped via USPS & a tracking number will be issued when your order has been scanned at the facility. 

Please contact us at support@mycharmedarm.com if your order arrives damaged or inaccurate, and we will work to replace any damaged items or resolve any other issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges:


 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

In addition, the item must include its original packaging.

 

Only store credit or exchange is available for returned sale/Final Call products.

The items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. After then, they can't be returned or exchanged. Our guarantee does not cover anything returned to us without authorization and/or a tracking number. We may extend the return time to allow for holiday-season returns or swaps.

 

There are no delivery fee reimbursements.

If your order was eligible for the "free shipping" promotion, a flat rate return processing fee of USD $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.

The client is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If a return label was issued by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount paid to you.

 

Please contact us at support@mycharmedarm.com if your order arrives damaged or inaccurate, and we will work to replace any damaged items or resolve any other issues.

What should i do if the bracelet i’m wearing snaps?

The stretch band on your bracelet is incredibly sturdy, and your bracelet is designed to be worn every day; but, the stretch band may break after constant wear and tear and straining when you put them on and take them off. If this occurs, try to gather all of the beads and store them in a dry zip lock bag. Send us an email with as much information as possible to support@MYCHARMEDARM, and we'll replace or repair your bracelet for you.

Please note that all bracelets come with a 30-day guarantee from MCA.  If your jewelry breaks within 30 days after purchase, we will replace it once. Within that timeframe, please email a photo of your piece to support@mycharmedarm.com; we'll either send you a brand new bracelet or repair your old one. Please note that your new bracelet may take 7-10 business days to arrive.

All repairs will be charged $15 after the 30-day period has passed. To get this process started, please gather all of your bracelet components and email us to get started.


 

Complimentary Gifts 


 

If you return a product that came with a complimentary gift and choose to keep only the gift, you may be charged the retail value of the complimentary item. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

 


 

Refund Time Cycle

We will send you an email after your return has been received and assessed. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. The return will be denied if the item has been worn and/or the original packaging components are missing. You will be charged an extra shipping fee if this happens and you want the item back. We do not return "rejected" returns to consumers without prior authorization and payment.

Allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed.

The original form of payment will be credited for the merchandise returned (minus a USD $8.00 return processing fee if applicable).

Allow 72 hours for the credit to be shown on your account.

After the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification reflecting completion.
