Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn condition and in its original packaging.

  • Authorization: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Processing Fee: If your original order qualified for "Free Shipping," a flat-rate processing fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds: Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items (Strict Policy) Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Final Call" are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be issued for these items.

Damages & Jewelry Care (The 48-Hour Rule) Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any defects or inaccuracies must be reported to support@mycharmedarm.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

  • Liability: My Charmed Arm is not responsible for jewelry that snaps, breaks, or is damaged due to wear and tear, improper stretching, or snagging after the initial 48-hour inspection period.

  • Care: To extend the life of your gemstone pieces, please follow our Jewelry Care Guide.

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If a return is rejected (due to wear or damage), the item will only be returned to the customer at their expense.
