Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the following business day. We strive to ship as quickly as possible, sometimes even the same day!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applies to all orders over $150 (Continental US only; excludes AK, HI, PR, and US Territories).
Priority Shipping: 1-3 day USPS Priority Shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
Carrier Delays: My Charmed Arm is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL). Shipping expenses are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the service provider.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:
- Wait 24 hours: USPS often marks items as delivered a day early.
- Contact your local branch: Speak with your local mail delivery office directly for the fastest resolution.
- Note: We do not offer store credit or refunds for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Address Errors Please verify your address before checkout. We ship exactly to the address provided. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping (even if the original shipping was free).
Natural Stones & Jewelry Care
Stone Variance: Natural stones feature unique line patterns, inclusions, and shades. Small chips or cracks are natural characteristics and not considered flaws.
Beaded Bracelets & Elastic: Most bracelets are constructed with durable elastic. Avoid activities that could snag or overstretch the band. My Charmed Arm is not liable for damage occurring after the jewelry has been worn.
Sizing: Please refer to our Bead & Bracelet Size Chart before purchasing to minimize the need for exchanges.
Damaged or Inaccurate Orders Please notify us at support@mycharmedarm.com within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
